Symptoms of PCOS?

I'm wondering if I have it. I have had some symptoms that all could indicate PCOS but I'm not sure.

I have PCOS and it's really common and is actually misdiagnosed or goes unnoticed. I mean I have the facial hair and everything going on as well. I have 0 periods and I'm overweight. So you might have it. I don't know how to treat it either :/

I was diagnosed with pcos when I was in my early teens. I had missed, irregular periods and what felt like the most intense cramping. It felt like sharp stabbing pain deep inside. It would hurt so bad id double over and cry. I also had really bad acne and excessive hair growth. And also trouble with my weight. I held weight around my middle and it was hard to lose.

I have very regular periods and some facial hair. I had no idea I had it until I started taking the pill and my body freaked out!
I have it very severe 72+ cysts.

Hey
I struggled with pcos since I was 17 and I'm now 25.
I have excessive hair growth in unexplainable areas🙈 but I have had a few rounds of laser treatment and it works brilliantly.
I also used to suffer from very painful heavy periods. To the point where I would vomit or just couldnt bare to move or even eat. Then overtime the periods stopped altogether and then I was having 3-4 periods a year. The doctor put me on the pill to help regulate the periods and it worked sometimes but then I would get very sore boobs and cramps.
I've always been quite overweight but I'm pretty happy with myself so that doesn't really get to me. 
I would say really do your research on Pcos, you may find you are more prone to type 2 diabetes. Which is why I think you may be heavier around the waist. Also my problem and I have a sweet tooth so doesn't help. 
I've heard people with pcos go on a raw vegan diet and they reverse the symptoms but I don't have the will power for that 😁good luck!
