I'm 8 weeks PP amd done having kids. I need to lose 100 pounds to be in a healthy range. I'm borderline diabetic type 2 and I have thyroid issues. I do go regularly for checkups to control these.

I constantly crave sugar and carbs. I'm not sure if crave is even the best word to use it's so bad.....
