21 progesterone testing

So I’m 6dpo she told me to go at cycle day 20 however I don’t have regular ovulation and cycles . So my question is should I go get my progesterone tested today at 6dpo or wait til 7 dpo? Got my positive opk 9/11 so I ovulated 9/12
