Anybody getting the flu vaccine while pregnant 🤰🏾🤰🏾🤰🏾?

No way! I think they’re a crock . I do all other vaccines, which have high success rates. But the flu vaccine has such a poor success rate, and awful side effects, that it’s not worth it for me or my family. Best way to prevent the spread of germs is HAND HYGIENE, avoiding those you know are ill, and covering coughs/sneezes.

Yeah, I had it while pregnant and it was fine. I wish I’d gotten the vaccine this year too as I did get the flu and it was so bad 😭

Yup. I’m getting it as soon as they come in for my October babies. And any family member who wants to hold or help with the new twins will get theirs too, or they will wear a mask. I’m not playing.

My family never really gets the flu vaccines (we get all the other normal ones) but our twins are due in winter so this will be the exception.
 My entire family, including grandparents who will hold babies a lot, will be getting the flu vaccine in October (twins due Dec/Jan).

i have to get it for work but my friend got it the year she was pregnant and she still ended up getting the flu.

It makes me incredibly sick with super high temps. I react to something in it. I won’t get it while pregnant (or normally), but I always get it when I have an infant in the house. I’ll get it after baby is here.
