So 21 day progesterone when to do it?

So my dr said to do 20day progesterone levels on cycle day 20 but I ovulate irregular so should I do it 6dpo or 7 days from the positive opk ? Or 7dpo ? I got a positive opk 9/11 so I’m assuming I ovulated 9/12 so would I go today or tomorrow . My dr is out of town any advice from what your dr said would be appreciated!! TIA
