Stretch marks / itchy belly

What are your recommendations for itchy bellies and preventing stretch marks? I am 15 1/2 weeks and I have recently started getting a really itchy belly and I wanna make sure I can prevent stretch marks. I would like to be able to find this at target or Walmart as those are really the only two stores in my town, but I would buy it online to if I needed.
