What’s a typical day of eating like for you?
I’m trying to be way healthier with this baby & wondering what everyone’s meals look like! Don’t be ashamed whatever the case. My last was carbs carbs carbs, but want to see if I’m doing better this time 😂 14 weeks right now!
Breakfast: Eggwich (breadless egg sandwich) & sometimes a 90 cal protein bar too
Snack: nuts or fiber one bar
Lunch: big salad usually
Snack: halo top, fiber one bar, sometimes a low carb tortilla with dairy free cheese
Dinner: varies... sometimes egg wrap, sometimes veggie burger in a wrap, sometimes a huge salad, or if we eat out then pork salad from cafe Rio
Snack: smoothie or whatever junk is in the house (pretzels and cheese, etc...)
Sometimes I eat less, sometimes a little more.
