So I have the nexplanon and itll be 2 year next month. The past few months I've had horrible periods. They have lasted anywhere from a few days to an entire month. I have sex regularly. I started this period a week ago. It has been bright red with lots of clots just getting worse. Today I have been in so much pain. Like a stabbing pain in my uterus and sharp pains in my lower back. I've never had bad cramps or pain like this before. Please help ladies. I don't know what to do.
