We just signed on our first home together and our realtor has been really fantastic finding a place that fit everything we wanted and is working hard to sell our Condo for us. After we sign our final contracts and we can officially move into our new home I'd like to get a little thank you gift for our realtor. Any thoughts on what's appropriate? What do you even get a realtor?
