So my left tube is blocked and the doc said since I have been having unprotected sex for near 4 years he doesn't think it will happen 😔😔😔😔

If your tube is blocked, have you done an hsg? Also, if you have one working tube, you should ovulate every other month (roughly). So yes, it's still possible
