Question about dental and early pregnancy

So my period hasn’t come for 39 days now but I took a test like last week when my period didn’t come , it came back negative. Which was kinda a good thing because I had an appointment to get my tooth pulled. So I got my tooth pulled 2 days ago , and been taking ibuprofen and Tylenol but my period still hasn’t come and now I’m worried . Because I know your not suppose to get dental work done or take ibuprofen. (But the test was negative week after my normal missed period) but if I end up pregnant I’m like pannicking that I now hurt it ya know
