Echogenic focus in the heart

We had our 20 week ultrasound on Tuesday and baby girl is measuring perfectly right on target. They found an echogenic focus or “bright spot” on her heart which can be a soft marker for Down syndrome. Has anyone dealt with this & everything turned out fine? We are going to get the genetic blood work (we previously declined due to insurance not covering unless medically necessary).
