I missed a period. I'm usually 20-22 day cycle. I'm now on day 48 of my cycle. I've taken 3 pregnancy tests over the last 48 days and they all say "not pregnant". This would be baby #3 if I'm pregnant! And we've been ttc for 4 years so i would be EXTATIC!! But I'm trying to not get my hopes up... I've got ALL the symptoms except the positive test. I miscarried twins on July 8th and had a period July 31st for about a week.

Any ideas? Should I go to the Dr? Should i wait for it to show up on a pregnancy test?
