Can he get in trouble too?
We’re both underage and a boy told me that he has pictures and vids of me in his phone that I sent him. I’m gonna be 18 in a few months and he’s gonna be 17. He told me that if I bring his name into the police for an incident he’s involved in that he’s gonna tell the police about my pics and vids then I’ll be arrested for child porn. But the law says that who ever has the pics or vids on their phone/computer, etc they can get arrested too right?
