Does anyone have experience with this?

I'm a ftm 24 weeks exactly today. Over the last month ive been to L&D 3 times for spotting and cramping. Finally yesterday I was able to get answers and was told the spotting was due to a friable cervix and thankfully my little rainbow baby is completely fine. So yesterday the doctor realized how extremely sensitive my cervix was (she literally was just trying to wipe away blood and would cause even more bleeding). So the doctor decided to use a silver nitrate stick to stop the bleeding (holy crap did that hurt!) and thankfully it did stop it and I didnt have anymore spotting all yesterday. In the middle of the night last night and all this morning any time I've used the restroom I have some thicker discharge dropping into the toilet and when I wipe.

-Side note: doctor said cervix is extremely long and so I know this discharge has nothing to do with babu.

So my question is this: has anyone had to have a silver nitrate treatment on their cervix and had this much discharge after the fact? It mostly now looks brown like the blood dying up but on an occasional bathroom trip it has some pink tinge to it.
