TTC Baby #1 taking metformin and clomid 50mg first round

Hello

Been ttc for 3 years, clearly no luck.

I am on 1500mg Metformin and was just Prescribed progesterone to start my period and prescribed 50 mg of Clomid to take on days 5-9 of menstrual. Took it on days 5-9 of period (8/26-8/30).

Took clear blue ovulation test. Says I ovulated. Glow says I ovulated on the 10th I took a clearly blue Digital pregnancy test on the 18th and it said negative.

Do I still have a chance or should I just wait for next month to try again.

Please help !
