endomitriosis

hi everyone! so i was diagnosed with endometriosis, uterine polyps and hemorrhagic ovarian follicles that are 3cm in size. who here has gotten pregnant with the same issues i have?! i’ve been ttc my first and my partner is very fertile but it isn’t happening, i’m starting to have doubts and hate my own body. pleaseee tell me there are other women out there in the same boat as me!!!
