Can you ovulate without having a period?

My last period was July 21st and I got positive ovulation tests on cycle days 28 and 29 and my period was projected to start on September 1st. My period never came and I have had multiple negative pregnancy tests. All week I have been cramping and felt bloated so I decided to take a ovulation test and I have gotten positives cycle days 59, 60, and 61 with the line definitely getting darker. Is it possible for me to be ovulating even though I didn’t have my period?

A little back story: I had a successful pregnancy in 2013 on 5th round of clomid. I have been ttc baby number 2 for 13 months I have done 6 rounds of clomid with no success. I am trying on my own a couple more cycles to save money before going to a fertility specialist.

Would love to hear some success stories as I am getting very discouraged.
