Bleeding

My period was finishing up and it was gone almost and then I was working and boom started having cramps and bleeding and a really bad backache and this has never happened before (a super long period) I'm on the 11th day of bleeding and cramping now and my periods are usually 5-7 days and it feels like I'm starting my period all over again! Does anyone know what this could be I'm not on birthcontrol.
