What do I do?

I got a bfp yesterday but started bleeding last night lightly and through out the day but not constant like it wouldn’t fill a pad if I kept the same on one and it’s dark looking.any suggestions on what to do now or what’s going on? Usually when af starts it’d be constant and heavier by now and no clots I had like a break of tiny teeny bits of a clot but not a clot ya know?.. af was also due today but I had just tested positive yesterday afternoon. So this would be my first pregnancy if I am pregnant just super confused about this whole thing or what’s going on
