Mental Health after birth! FTM.
I'm trying really hard to take good care of my mental health after the birth of my boy. I've dealt with anxiety and depression in the past, so I know I am predisposed to postpartum issues. Does anyone have suggestions on what I can do to keep my mental health stable? He's 4 days old, so far so good, but I want to be on top of this. I'm just so worried about becoming anxious/depressed. 😣
