Sore nipples??

Hey ladies.

So AF for me was COMPLETELY out of wack this month. Started off spotting (which I NEVER get), slight cramping (which is ALWAYS heavy the first 2 days), brown-ish red blood (which is ALWAYS red until the last 2 days), and the craziest one, AF only last 5 days for me... this time, it lasted 8 1/2........

So today makes 3 days since I ended this weird cycle and literally yesterday, I noticed my nipples are SSSSUUUUUPPPPEEERRRR sensitive...... usually my boobs might hurt a couple days BEFORE AF and sometimes during but never after. It’s been 3 days since I stopped bleeding and my nipples are on 1,000...... also, I’m BEYOND bloated and constipated I think... my stomach is just pokin out and I know I haven’t been eating that much!

Has anyone ever experienced sore nipples after AF/weird AF?
