Freaking out...

So had my 38 week appointment today... at my last appointment I was 3cm dilated. This week I’m at 4.5! And almost completely thinned. Dr said she wasn’t 100% if baby girl was head down so she ordered an ultrasound to be done today. And sure enough baby girl is breech.

I have an appointment first thing tomorrow morning to discuss what our next steps are. I’m just so nervous now. I realize there is always a possibility for a c-section even if they aren’t breech, but it’s not what we thought was going to happen. And to top it off I’m already so far dilated.... it wouldn’t take much for me to have to rush to the hospital....

Has anyone been through something like this??
