One week post partum body

I have always struggled with my weight. I’m 5’6 and at my heaviest I was 220 lbs. I started this pregnancy at 195 and only gained 5 pounds over the course of my pregnancy (which I consistently just gained and lost.)

The day after giving birth I stepped on the scale just for giggles and was down 15 pounds! I’ve held steady at that for a week now and I’m really proud of myself for eating healthy and exercising through my pregnancy.

Baby girl is healthy and one ounce over her birth weight as of today. 👌🏻👌🏻
