Black out curtains?

Do you sleep with blackout curtains? If so, do they help you get deeper sleep?

Yes they do but when you sleep somewhere that doesn’t have them it’s very hard to sleep in.

I used to, helped me not only sleep longer, helped me fall asleep quicker too. Insomnia is a big struggle of mine, and they really helped. It did get to a point that i struggled to sleep anywhere else without them, though.

I sleep with black out curtains (my entire house except for my guest bathroom has black outs) and I think it helps my daughter sleep in until she's ready to wake up rather than when the sun wakes get up.

I do because I work nights. They work great. I got “temporary” ones off amazon you get 6 for $36 which is a steal and they’ve so far been up for 2 years I believe? They’re basically just black construction paper but they work great. Though I find it hard sleeping anywhere else because when the sun comes out I’m blinded

I have blackout and soundproof! AMAZING. There are also some out here that block out EMFs. We spent around $300 on 3 panels, but it was completely worth it. Never underestimate what great sleep can do for you life!

Yes! I love them. My fiancé is super picky about the lights (both sunlight and the LED lights in our home) so it works out really nicely and we save money on bills because it’s not as hot in the house so the AC doesn’t have to be on 24/7.

Absolutely! Walmart sells ones that are extremely easy to install. My husband and I put them in between the blinds and the window. Truly don’t remember sleeping without them! We also put them in our sons room. It’s incredible help with napping!
