Baby aspirin

I am currently 16 weeks pregnant with twins. Had 3 miscarriages before now so I have been taking baby aspirin just in case. For anyone else that took baby aspirin, when were you advised to stop. I see that the norm is 36 weeks but what if they come earlier? I have seen conflicting answers that say you can even take it until delivery and some that say stop a week before delivery for the blood thinning reason. I plan to talk to my dr about this at the next appt but wanted to see what others carrying multiples were told to do. Thanks!
