So this is my second cycle on 4000mg myo-inositol and 400mcg folate daily to help regulate my mild PCOS and boost egg quality. Last month (my first month temping) I had a 43 day cycle and ovulated on CD 32 and had an 11 day luteal phase. Yesterday on CD 11 I had what I thought was EWCM and a borderline positive OPK. This morning I had a drop in temperature on CD 12. What I’m wondering is could it be possible that after a month the myo-inositol and folate have regulated me to a normal cycle length and I’m actually ovulating on CD 12? My temperatures are much steadier so far this month from what I can see but I’m new to all of this.
