Wake up time? Sleep training in the morning?

Hi! My little one is sleep trained, goes to bed at 7: 30pm well on her own, after crying a little, and if she cries in the middle of the night, she goes back to sleep pretty soon. BUT, she still wakes up mostly at 5, 5:30 crying! So I've been waking up and feeding her. (And then she'll want to go back to sleep at 6:30, 7.) And I'm thinking now she knows I'll come so she cries very hard if I try to wait her out, like if she wakes up at 4:45 I'm liked hell no, and try to wait till 5, but she cries sou hard!

Am I supposed to sleep train her in the morning too, like let her cry it out? (I did a very lite crying out, like going in to check on her after 10-15 min, and after few nights of that she was good). Is 5, 5:30 an ok wake up time, should I suck it up? (I mean she sleeps through the night....i guess) Or is there a way to get her sleeping just a little later??? I would be happy with 6:30 even, 7 would be great.
