Cramps - Ovulation or implantation?

Hi I normally don't have cramps when I ovulate so what has changed?, estimation is tomorrow for ovulation.The cramps I am having are mild to moderate, not painful at all just a little discomfort. Been having these cramps since late night on 18th Sept. I usually have painful cramps 2-3 days before period. Next period is not due for another 2 weeks. The following symptoms started on 18th in order given:

1. Darker urine

2. Coffee craving having 3 times a day (not drunk for years, not a coffee person at all, not even a tea person

3. Cramps

3. Tender breasts

4. Mild Nausea

5. Frequent urination

6. Discharge is watery (not wearing panty liners so keep having to change knickers)

So I am confused if it is implantation or ovulation???
