Help with BBT and LH

Can someone try to explain to me what's going on in the bbt chart and LH testings?. It says I ovulated the 12th which I can confirm by sore nipples and increase egg White discharge. But my bbt did not spike that day and now it's all over the place and my LH tests are still high.
