When are you having your baby shower?

We figured we would do it after holidays so everyone is finished with there running around and don’t have to try and fit in the shower with all the holiday things going on!

I’m due February 21 but my sister planned a baby shower/gender reveal on the 28th of this month.

I originally didn’t want a shower. I would feel bad, if people felt they had to buy me stuff.
But I think my mum and sister in laws wanted me to (I’m her only girl and for various reasons this may be my only pregnancy) So as a compromise-  it’s my birthday about 3 weeks before baby due, so we’re having an afternoon tea at my mums house- but open to everyone (not just ladies). I figured at 37 weeks pregnant I won’t be up for much else birthday celebration wise! And as we’re calling it a birthday afternoon tea I’m hoping people feel less pressured to buy me a gift.

I was due with my daughter feb 20 so I did my baby shower Jan 7 but this baby is due feb 1st so I’m doing it October 20th before the holidays

This beingvmy 3rd pregnancy I will not be having a baby shower but when I was pregnant with my son I had the baby shower about 2 to 3 months before he was due and the same thing with my daughter
