Hoping it’s a sign!

So I work in a hospital. Today I had to go have my bloodwork done with my obgyn Dr to check my levels, so I went over to the office while I was at work since his office is in the hospital. On the way back to my department I catch a glimpse of a penny on heads on the floor up against the wall. At first I just kept walking not thinking anything of it, but then I was like you know what that could be a sign from my mama in Heaven! I have been asking her to send me a sign each time during my TWW. So I turned around and went back and picked it up and put it up!
