I wanna take the 6 week challenge

So there's a gym by me that is only women and they have a 6 week challenge. It's 5 days a week , an hour class starting at 6:30am. They say you can lose 20lbs.

I've been wanting to so desperately get into shape. I'm never happy with my body. I was on BC for 8 years and I know that contributed to me gaining weight. I don't eat very healthy. I don't drink soda or eat fast food though. I'm not very active at all. I'm a stay at home wife.

I think it would be good mentally and physically. I've been through a lot this year and I feel like it would benefit me. I want to feel good about myself.

I'm just scared though. Being not a physical person I know it'll be soooo hard. I just keep trying to tell myself it'll be worth it at the end. I haven't signed up yet but really want to.
