Does size really vary based on race, height, shoe size?

Question

So I of course know every man is different yadda ya. But has anyone noticed a correlation of size and race or height?
I am so attracted to Asians but I’m concerned it’ll be ridiculously small based of stereotype and on what other people tell me.. 
do you ladies have any stories or insight, anything you’ve noticed?

No, you can't make guesses about someone's genitals based on any outward traits. 
A penis size is always a surprise. Short guys with big ones, tall guys with small guys, average height with 3.5 inches but GIRTH, small hands, 8 inch dong, big feet, small meat. 
Genitals have a lot of possible variation, and it isn't based on anything you can see or measure. 
And further, do you even know for sure you wouldn't like smaller? It's kinda my preference. 
But anyone of any race could have a micropenis. Anyone of any race could have a big scary dragon dick. I've been on the Internet long enough to know. I've seen a wide variety of D in person too, but definitely not as much variation as the Internet shows.
