Does the owlet go on sale often?

The owlet is $50 off right now. I’m early in my pregnancy but I know that the owlet will be at the top of my list of things to get. Does it go one sale frequently? Should I wait to get it or should I get it now while it’s still on sale? Thanks in advance!!

I’d wait till closer to the time your baby is due in case the warranty starts when you first buy it. But that’s just personally what we’re doing

Honestly look at 2nd hand sites. They’re so much cheaper and a lot of times in great shape. I got mine for $100 and it’s basically brand new

Get it closer, they have a 45 day return policy so if you try it and hate it then at least you can still return it. I panic bought one after my son was released from the NICU then 2 days later realized it was a waste so I returned it as soon as it was delivered.

My LO is 13 months today and I've used it since she was born and LOVE it. It IS accurate for the most part and doctors don't recommend against it lol. The reason they can't say they "recommend it" is because it is not a medically perfect device, and can cause false alarms in people who don't know how to use it properly. That doesn't mean it's useless. And in fact, nearly every doctor or nurse I know has used an Owlet or something similar for their baby.
