When did I ovulate?

Question

So quick question, Glow predicted that I would ovulate Monday September 16th, 
but when I took an opk that Monday this was my result:

So does this mean I actually ovulated Tuesday September 17th? I actually remember cramping pretty bad that day as well. 
Also my second home insemination was Sunday September 15th. Do I have a chance or am I out this cycle?

Once you receive a peak/surge (when the test line is as dark or darker than the control line line) you’ll ovulate anywhere from 12-48 hours afterwards. Once the egg is released it hangs out for 12-24 hours. The only way to fully determine when you ovulate is to do tempting where you track your bbt (body basal temperature) before you get out of bed every morning.

Glow was way off my ovulation last month. I ovulated a week after glows prediction. So I bought opk too. AF is here now, so I’m excited to try them out. I wouldn’t follow what glow or any app says really- more as a guideline.

You should still have a chance I’ve read that sorry can live up to 3-5 days inside. I hope you do get pregnant, I’ve been trying but nothing thus far.
