Dizziness 7 weeks

Is anyone else constantly dizzy? It feels like the entire room is spinning constantly, I feel drunk 24/7! I am drinking as much water as I can. I am getting rest when needed but I wake up nauseous in the middle of the night, I’m nauseous all day on meds and I am so so dizzy all the time. I couldn’t go to work tonight, I wasn’t sure I could drive! Is anyone else feeling like this? I can’t stand it and do not remember being this sick with my first 😖 7 weeks tomorrow.
