Movement

My baby hasn't stopped moving. It feels like my stomach is a washing machine like that's overfull and loses it's balance if that makes sense. It's been 30 minutes and it's constant movement, it's not kicking. Do any of your babies do this?? This is my first time with non-stop movement like this.
