Friday night Indian Food nomity noms!
Tonight I made butter chicken (using home canned garden tomatoes and garden peppers) with roasted dry curried cauliflower, palak paneer, spinach and onion pakora, mini punjabi samosas, and naan. The butter chicken and cauliflower were from scratch all else purchased pre-made from a local Indian grocer and just heated up. It was all sooooo good, though!
