In my personal experience I think that listening to your body is important and concentrating on your pleasure is also important. The vaginal orgasm could be considered the extended clirotal orgasm; your clitoris is not just the button on top it actually extends internally down the sides of the vagina entry. So in my case after a clitoral orgasm via oral or by rubbing during penetration my labia swell and are more sensitive so with continuous penetration the rubbing of the internal clitoris creates more orgasms.
