Still light brown/pink disharge spotting

I'm 14 weeks today, I had a really big bleed last Wednesday and passed a very large clot and they found a small pocket of blood but baby was perfect and cervix closed (the cervical exam was quite painful), I stopped bleeding and spotting on the Friday, then nothing at all until 2 days ago had some light brown/pink spotting, then nothing yesterday and had some this morning, first time I had passed a bowel movement and this morning I had a big wee my bladder was very full so that might have effected it, I have messeged my midwife but not sure when she will get back to me as its the weekend, I've had no pain, some slight pressure up inside my vagina but I know thats normal especially as I need to pee alot and that's not new, babys heart is still beating strong and its still wiggling around, I'm just constantly anxious that somethings going to go wrong and I'll lose this precious baby 😩 I had none of this with my son 💙
