Does anyone else feel pregnant just occasionally? Like sometimes I forget and then othertimes I'm so excited but I feel like it isn't really happeneing, like I dreamed it or something... I miscarried over a year ago so maybe I'm just paranoid?

Same here! I forget all the time. I think it’s because it’s still so early on and I haven’t really had too many symptoms. It will probably start to feel real once I get an ultrasound.

Oh my gosh yes! I am 5w4d and my symptoms are off and on. Some days I am perfectly normal (besides the pregnancy “fog”) and other days I am extremely tired, sore boobs, etc...It’s so strange!
