Freemie pump?

I’m having an issue with output with my Freemie pump?! 😢 
I used it this morning for 30 minutes, got 1.5 ounces from left and 2.5 from right. Breasts still felt very full.. hooked up spectra and got 2.5 ounces from left and 4 from right after only 10 minutes with spectra. WHY will the Freemie not empty?!

Any better using the lower suction? So far I'm not liking the freemie at all. I have 2 pumps and  the freemie cups just never seem to get more than the other.

I have this problem too. I got a spectra s9 through insurance (I already have an S1 and S2) and bought freemie cups. I get like no milk with them, even ordering the right flange size inserts. I get a little when I use the cups with my S1 but not nearly as much as my normal set up. It’s super disappointing. I wanted something unobtrusive to pump with my toddler around. She messes with my S1 way too much and I hate being immobile around her.

I’m sure you’ve tried different settings, but I find that I get more with the Freemie when I use a lower-Medium suction. The Freemie is the only pump I’ve ever had so idk what I would get with other ones, but the Freemie does fine for me!

Were you not properly situated in the pump? Also different pumps pull the milk out differently. When I had my first son my friend had her kid too. Through the duration of her bf journey she had like 3-5 different pumps just to try them. She said the spectra was always the best.
