I might lose my 🌈

I lost my first baby at 8 weeks on July. I got pregnant my first cycle after mi MMC and my first beta came at 207 at 15dpo.... i was happy because my fusrt came 47 at 16dpo... but today al 17 dpo my HCG came 277... not even 50% more 😭😭😭😭 I did all test after my C and everything came normal so I don’t understan why this keep happening to me
