How did labour start for you?

I’ve got really bad back pains like period type pains! It’s like a dull ache. I’m 37 weeks, 4 days. Is this the start of labour?

Idk I just woke up to death pains lol

I think it's just your body getting ready, contractions come and go!

It sounds like pre or early labor to me. You can always go get checked if you’re worried... there’s no shame in that

As soon as I had a contraction and said I have to poop! They were like okay she’s is ready

Like that but the pains would come and go

With my first I had been having Braxton Hicks for weeks, but when the real contractions started i felt them more in my back and radiating down my thighs and they were VERY regular and didn’t stop.
