Hello mamas! Well i had my first appointment today and i am very disappointed NOT what I expected... i expected a transvaginal ultrasound and nope I didn’t get that .. i just got a pregnancy confirmation paper and lung check and questions and that’s all.... im just mad lol my mood swings i guess
