We're leaving Thursday! We're driving about 6 hour to my favorite place on earth!!

What are some ideas to keep my busy 2 year old occupied... I know we're going to be making a lot of stops since we're right in the middle of potty training!

Also we live on the coast and we're going to the mountains so I know her ears are going to pop. What can I do to help with that? She doesnt use a paci anymore and I dont want her to choke and die on a peppermint.
