Rash near bum when pregnant?

Ever since 3rd trimester hit I’ve had a really sweaty butt crack. Now I have a rash that’s basically between my butt and vagina. It’s red  and painful. Is this an adult version of diaper rash? Anyone else have this? What to do about it?

Sounds fungal and a dream will take care. Or else it won’t go away. Had the same. Moisture lets yeast thrive. I have lotrisone for my foot right now but I think it can also be used for yeast infection. You can’t take pills for that right now so much go cream route.

It’s probably fungal, basically like jock itch.  Try to stay as dry as possible, it gets worse in warm and moist environments.  Antifungal jock itch cream should be fine, but run it by your Dr to be safe!
