Bleeding and spotting

So I’m 30 weeks and 4 days and for a week now I been spotting I asked my doctor and he said I have a yeast infection he didn’t just do a full check I was in and out the room less that 5 mins .. the spotting comes and goes and when I have really bad stomach pains that’s when the blood starts to show more I went to the er they say they don’t see where the blood is coming from but I’m having some contractions but not labor contractions and sent me home has anyone else had this happen I also been having diarrhea ☹️
