False labor...over and over?

Anyone keep getting false alarms? I get a bunch of contractions, stops, then starts again few hours later, then stops again. Come on already!!

Ive been doing this back and forth crap for 2 weeks now. 
The contractions are and have been getting stronger. The back and period pain is getting stronger and more painful. THEN NOTHING. Little shit.

Well, it looks like there’s progress after my two big false alarms this week- 2 cm dilated, 80-90% effaced, and my OB could feel his head. Eek!

I’m 35 weeks and 2 days- for the past week I’ve dropped and will go for about 45mins to 2hr of contractions every 2mins and then stop and if I sit,sneeze etc I feel like the baby is going to fall out from all the pressure and it feels like it’s shoulders are rubbing against my hip bones when it wriggles like a silly salmon lol. I’ve had some spotting and lost some plug. Got a hospital app in a couple of days hopefully they will check me.
